One in the oven!

Phone rings... "Hello?"

"Hello Grandma, what are you doing?"

"Ironing, what are you doing?"

"Nothing....... Can you come over?"

"Well, I guess I can for a few minutes."

"We have something to tell you."

I go get Roy and say we need to go over to Chad and Nancy's. Emma called and wants us to come over, they have something to tell us.

Roy says: "I bet they sold their house."

I say: "They don't even have it up for sale right now."

As we head down the driveway Roy says: "I wonder if they got a kitten?"

"A kitten!" I say. "Yes, they have talked about getting one from time to time for the kids."

"Well, maybe they're going to tell us that they are going to have a little brother or sister." I surmise.

Roy recalls: "I thought they said they were done?" I smile, "Yes, they did, but what you say and what you do are two different things."

We get there and are greeted by the whole gang, then Rylee removes all doubt and question with: "Mommy's going to have a baby!" The due date is around November 30th! Once the doctor visit is complete I'll let you know for sure! We're all smiling!
