Meet CottonAnnie!

Meet our new little Coton de Tulear puppy ~ CottonAnnie
This past Thursday, November 20, we went to Economy, Indiana and picked up our new little puppy. We were all prepared for her to get car sick on the ride home. Economy is a little town on the other side of Richmond, Indiana. However, she made the whole trip without getting sick and ended up climbing up on the middle console and resting her head in the bend of Roy's elbow as he drove. I think that won his heart right there on the spot!
She is a real sweetie and doing great with crate and potty training!
When we got home I dreaded the idea of training her to go into a pet crate. When Roy showed her the crate we had for her she went right in a laid down and made herself quite comfy. The first trip outside she did just what we had hoped for.....she took care of business.
Surely, I think to myself, this is too good to be true!
Grandpa having a fun game of tug-a-war with Annie. She enjoys us playing with her (well, of course she would!) and as you can see gramps likes it pretty good himself!
I've only had a couple of puddle accidents in the kitchen and it's been the fault of Roy & Helen not paying close enough attention to my signs and symptoms of what I want and need. I'm not discouraged though......... It won't be long and I'll have them trained just the way I want them!
